Terms of Services

§ I. General

1. PipeHost e.U. operates the internet portal under the URLs “pipehost.net” and “panel.pipehost.net.” On this platform, customers can rent various server services (for example, vServers, KVM root servers, game servers, etc.). Registration in the customer portal is free of charge. To register, first and last name, email address, and a password are required. For technical reasons, only the most recently used IP address of the user is stored; no further logging takes place.

2. These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) govern the contractual relationship between PipeHost e.U. and its customers.

3. The billing period “month” is always calculated as 30 days.

4. The contract language is German.

5. The provider’s contact details can be found in the portal’s imprint.

§ II. Registration

1. Eligibility is limited to natural persons with full legal capacity, partnerships, or legal entities.

2. Minors may only access the full range of services with the consent of their legal guardians. PipeHost e.U. may request proof of such consent in text form at any time.

3. In consultation with the minor’s legal guardians, access rights may be restricted or revoked.

4. PipeHost e.U. reserves the right to conduct an age verification procedure.

5. All information provided in the registration form must be complete and truthful. False information may result in blocking of the customer account.

§ III. Services

1. PipeHost e.U. provides server services for a fee. Customers choose their desired term (minimum 30 days).

2. Use of the services requires registration in the free customer portal. PipeHost e.U. may reject registration requests without stating reasons.

3. No unlimited usage rights are granted for the customer portal; technical disruptions do not entitle customers to compensation.

4. PipeHost e.U. may change assigned IP addresses if required; customers will be notified in advance.

§ IV. Formation of Contract and Payment

1. The services displayed on the portal are non-binding. A contract is only concluded upon successful registration and subsequent booking.

2. The price in effect at the time of ordering applies.

3. All contract information is sent by email. Customers must ensure they can receive emails (e.g., not blocked by spam filters).

4. Consumers within the meaning of §13 BGB receive an acknowledgment in text form; formal invoicing is not provided, but a billing function is planned.

5. Booked services may be extended for a fee during the term.

6. Cancellation occurs by not renewing; a separate declaration is not required.

7. PipeHost e.U. notifies customers by email before service expiration.

8. After expiration, services are deactivated for seven days, then permanently deleted.

§ V. Credit Balance

1. Customers may top up credit in euros via the portal.

2. Credit is credited immediately after payment.

3. Payouts are not possible; credit may only be used to book services.

4. Credit does not expire.

§ VI. Payment Methods

1. Payments can be made via the portal using the offered methods or existing credit.

2. If credit is insufficient, the difference must be paid via another available method.

3. Transaction records are available in the portal and sent by email.

§ VII. Terms of Use

1. Customers must monitor their server resource usage and avoid excessive loads; violations may result in service suspension.

2. Running mining software is strictly prohibited.

3. Illegal use (e.g., DDoS, spam, phishing) leads to immediate contract termination.

§ VIII. Liability

1. PipeHost e.U. is liable for intent and gross negligence under statutory provisions.

2. For simple negligence, liability is limited to typical, foreseeable damages.

3. Liability for lost profits is excluded.

§ IX. Account Termination

1. Customers may terminate their account at any time by not renewing at the end of the booked term.

2. PipeHost e.U. may revoke usage rights for contractual violations; credit is forfeited.

3. Upon request, the account and all associated data will be irreversibly deleted.

§ X. Data Protection

1. Personal data is processed in compliance with the GDPR.

2. Data sharing with third parties occurs only for contract execution.

3. Consent withdrawal and data deletion are possible at any time; deletion terminates service rights.

§ XI. No Right of Withdrawal for Digital Services

For digital services (e.g., hosting, cloud services), the right of withdrawal ceases under § 18 (1) no. 1 of the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (FAGG) once performance begins within the 14-day period and you have expressly consented to this loss of withdrawal rights.
