This Fair Use Policy (“Policy”) ensures all PipeHost customers enjoy reliable, high-performance service by preventing excessive resource consumption and network abuse.
1. Monthly Bandwidth Allowance

- S: 7 TB/m

- Dedicated Servers (Vienna): 50 TB/month
2. Resource Usage Guidelines
- CPU: Sustained usage above 80% for 24–48 hours that impacts host stability is prohibited.
- Memory & Disk I/O: Continuous 100% RAM or I/O saturation will be flagged for review.
- Network Throughput: Full-port utilization (e.g. constant 3 Gbps) is only allowed if explicitly ordered.
- Abuse: DDoS attacks, spamming, crypto-mining, or any activity harming other customers is forbidden.
3. Enforcement & Remedies
- Notification: We will contact you with details and corrective steps.
- Temporary Restrictions: Continued overuse may result in throttling or rate-limits.
- Service Suspension: Persistent non-compliance can lead to suspension or termination.
- Overage Charges: Exceeding your allowance incurs published overage fees.
